Description

proALPHA is an ERP Complete Solution geared to the needs of medium-sized industrial and commercial enterprises. The software covers not only the typical ERP functions such as logistics, finance, and accounting, it also supports the customer in related areas such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). proALPHA Trade caters to the special needs of commercial enterprises.

All core functions of proALPHA are developed at the company. This guarantees a fully-integrated system "from one source". Individual customizations are easy to create and can be used with later software releases. The proALPHA software is "component ware", independent of hardware and operating systems and with an object-based development environment. Consistent orientation to global standards ensures lasting investment value.

proALPHA is an active ERP Complete Solution. "Active" because the software has a system-wide Workflow automation feature that provides users with intelligent support as they perform their respective tasks.

In addition to the standard modules, numerous advanced functions have been integrated into proALPHA to allow the user to carry out widely-varying tasks with the help of one single solution. The Document Management module allows users to link and manage all types of documents with any proALPHA object. Almost all conventional CAD systems can be integrated into proALPHA online. For production planning and scheduling, there is proALPHA APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling), a genuine multi-resource planning and real-time optimization tool. And naturally, the ERP software also supports contacts between B2B customers and offers a range of sophisticated intercompany functionalities.

Intelligent analysis features round out the outstanding proALPHA offerings. While proALPHA MIS offers the ideal information and controlling system for regular analyses, the proALPHA Analyzer, an OLAP-based analysis tool, allows incredibly easy ad-hoc data analysis.
