Short description

For more than 40 years, our clients have been relying on PSIPENTA software products to help optimize their production processes. This process involves close cooperation with users, partners and other interested parties. This approach led to a joint research project with the plant engineering company Grenzebach, and led to the introduction of the first Production, Planning and Control (PPC)-Standard in the mid-1980s, the predecessor to today's product.

These long-term partnerships have allowed PSIPENTA to develop a unique insight into the business processes in bespoke and mass production, and have enabled us to offer the best support with regard to implementing and providing advice on complex IT projects. Like other units of PSI AG, business operations focus on selected niche markets, including the automotive industry and machine and plant construction companies.

Description

PSIPENTA is the only software company that offers the complete solution portfolio of an ERP and Manufacturing Execution System.

The standard PSIpenta ERP suite includes an impressive range of functions. The solution integrates all value-added production and logistics processes. The portfolio covers the entire planning process from project management down to detail planning, and supports the whole supply chain from procurement right through to sales.

The easy-to-configure multisite function manages cross-company collaboration between sales offices, service and production sites. By using UNICODE, our software ensures that programs can be implemented in all interface languages and with data content in various languages.

The MES solution supplements the standard PSIpenta ERP suite with individual modules at shop-floor level, and establishes links between order processing and the production process itself. All modules have a standard interface (PSIiface) to widely-used systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc.
