If it becomes apparent that the necessary knowledge is no longer optimal in certain positions, as a result of recruitment of new staff or internal reorganizations, notice of this is given in good time, and if necessary we organize additional training days.

Epicor 9 is a fully integrated system, based on the new True Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). This is the successor to the Client Server Architecture, and is therefore one of the most modern and flexible products of its kind.

The screens of Epicor 9 can be adapted independently by the users, enabling them to create an environment in which they feel at home, and the day-to-day work can be carried out in the most efficient manner. Accessing all available information and functionality within the system from screens structured in this way is simplicity itself. This 360° view makes finding the desired information extremely easy and effective. It is also possible to adapt the software yourself, when the business processes change. In addition, Epicor 9 has full MS Outlook and Office integration. This allows you to access, view, copy and, if necessary, modify the data directly from the Office applications. In the Outlook integration, for example, Epicor 9 can be opened directly from an incoming email. Users can also ‘take with them’ data from Epicor 9, for offline use. This could include data of contact persons, but also order and invoice data. Using the unique search tool in Internet Explorer, for example, you can search for the desired data in Epicor 9 very easily and quickly.
