One of the biggest problems for companies is the timely exchange of information between financial accounting and sales. Particularly in larger companies, sales employees are often not automatically informed about the payment status of a customer.

The new CSB-System module for message management closes this communication gap between incoming payments or outstanding balance management in the accounts receivable department and the resulting consequences for the sales department. Users can now specify which action should trigger a message to one or more colleagues. In addition, the communication channel can be selected for each recipient, e.g. whether the message is to be sent via email, mobile phone, etc.
