Project management during the implementation

During the implementation we offer you assistance in project management and in safeguarding that what was offered by the IT-supplier will be realised during the implementation. When changes to this are discussed, because of new insights in processes or project objectives, we support the decision process on changes in the project deliverables.

We support you in setting up acceptance test and in the testing itself, including all function and performance tests, is carried out.
